House Of Hustle Release Radar January 2025

House Of Hustle Release Radar January 2025

We are amazed by the artists that have landed on our radar as we hit the full stride of our 10th year. To start 2025, we get the chance to offer what we consider some of the best house music as we hold a continuous spirit to explore different styles, like acid house music, as you will find coming in to close out January.

On Hustletrax, Lucci Minati took the reins to ride us into the new year with ‘Nutshakers’ as the senior Hustletrax release. Just ensure the stage is secured tight before playing this out; no one wants another stage collapse like it just occurred at the Native Land Festival last month and countless other times… We encourage you all to please share your biggest festival blunders with us. Lucci is a Brazilian, fun, and full of that juice that keeps us energetic; you will have to dive into his collection, offering his touch of Brazil to house music for Wildcard Records and Sugar Loft Recordings that has seen support from Fedde Le Grand, CID, and Matroda.

Getting the House of Hustle 2025 collection rolling was Junior Souza from Londrina, Brazil, who landed on our radar following his releases on Nervous Records and Mood Child. His exciting career has led to his tracks being played In the thick of a set by Carl Cox, Jamie Jones, James Hype, and Marco Carola while jet-setting on tour throughout Brazil himself. We hope his gassed-up funky house EP ‘Funky Lady’ [HOH218] will push Junior Souza into the international touring circuit and help create more standout moments on the dance floor.

This past Friday saw the fifth release on Hustletrax by DROPDEXX, the new project from Brunno, the Brazilian who has already graced the stage at Green Valley, just a 12,000-capacity club in Santa Catarina, Brazil. This guy breathes music 24 hours a day it shows through his production on ‘Jazzie Vibes’ and we cannot wait to party with him soon as we see him landing next to Shiba San on Basement Leak, among other lively artists; you know this guy has a vibe.

This Friday brings the 13th edition of Dimes, our compilation series of tracks all about pure dance floor energy, Dimes through and through. LA house music producer Rodney Dinkles offers 'Praise the Lord’ following his debut track picked up by Dirtybird. Samuel Delgado from the Canary Islands Spain paints the picture of ‘Bobby’s Club’, a place dedicated to wild journeys. The Argentinian Bonn-arg shows us ‘The Call’, a cushiony tech house single.

Out of San Jose, IDNAS, releases ‘La Brujita’, followed by a “Bang For Free” for us titled ‘Munchies’ to continue his hot streak of releases such as ‘Get Down’ on Dirtybird. Allow Blaze Orange’s ‘House Bumpin’ to be the light on the house music scene in his hometown of Milwaukee.

The Brazilian Hype Bass produces one of those releases that speaks to you titled ‘Rukutata’. While Don Luis, the Founder of La Familia Collective HQ’d in Riverside, California, offers an asset for the underground, ‘Back N Forth’.

Plus you will find Twogee in Monterrey, California a part of IDNAS’ legendary ‘Book of Groove’ collective and now pressing a house gem, ‘Come Up’. While the Brazilian duo Dual Boyz’s ‘Deep Trips’ runs at 130 BPM yet bounces like a deep house groove. For the closing track of Dimes Vol. 13, Azir shares ‘Fucked Up’, a record that preserves the high vibrations of the house music community.

JBoog - I Like

Then out to drop Hustletrax 006 on January 31st is our friend from The Valley of the Sun, JBoog, who coming is proper with acid house music and scraping into techno with the warehouse feel at 130 BPMs for ‘I Like’, not to be mistaken for his tech house cover of Cardi B’s ‘I Like It’. You can trust that JBoog is in the zone with his releases, particularly his release ‘Daddy’ capturing the support of Blanc, one of house and techno’s premiere magazines based in the UK, and a hip-hop house cut, ‘Sneakers, ‘via Hood Politics.
